Minato Namikaze is the Fourth Hokage of the Leaf Village. He was also known as the Yellow Flash of the Leaf. Minato was a very humble and collected man. He was very perceptive; he was noted for never doing something without reason.

Ino is a fair-skinned woman of average height with light blue eyes and long, platinum blonde hair with bangs framing the right side of her face. As a young child, her hair was short. In the beginning of Part I, her hair grew to hip-length and is tied into a high ponytail.
