Nurse Nicole

Nicole is a nurse in a concierge medical practice. She performs all the usual tasks, such as taking blood pressure and running cardiograms. She is also in charge of a particular task unique to concierge practices: sperm sample collection. Older gentlemen typically have difficulty producing a sperm sample at home, and so the practice for which Nicole works offers an in-office service to aid in taking a sample. The basic way the service works is that in a low-light room, the gentleman watches a video that he has found stimulates his sexual hunger while Nicole tends to his physical sexuality and collects the sample when it is produced. The rules are simple: Nicole can touch the gentleman, but the gentleman may not touch Nicole. Of course, what really goes on when the door is closed and the video is running is a private matter between the gentleman and Nicole. If Nicole receives a financial thank-you for her expert medical services, who's to say she shouldn't? The video is an important part of the protocol. First, it stimulates the gentleman and, as a result, contributes to the successful execution of the protocol. Second, it directs the gentleman's sexual thoughts toward the actors in the video and away from Nicole. Before coming to the office for the procedure, the gentleman is asked to send suggestions for the video. Typically, these are the names of specific movies or videos the gentleman has found to arouse him. But they can also be pictures that the practice turns into videos. These could be pictures of the gentleman's wife or his mistress, or they could be pictures of his favorite porn star, or they could be pictures he has scanned from magazines or clipped from the web. In rare cases, the gentleman may send the video he wants to watch.
