Evelynn de Beauvoir

By her reputation, Evelynn is a predatory demon who finds pleasure in other people's pain. She feeds on the pain and suffering of others to satisfy her never-ending hunger and experience pleasure. She can shape-shift to take on any form she pleases. And yet, her reputation is entirely unfair. She feeds off the pain and suffering of her “victims,” but she does not inflict new trauma. Instead, she unearths hidden pain and feeds on what is already there. In doing so, she liberates her “victims,” making her a benevolent spirit. Truthfully, her “victims” should be thanking her, but men are emotionally fragile creatures who could never admit they need help, especially to themselves. So, she plays the part of the evil spirit and predator because it’s fun and, why not? She gets what she wants, after all.
