You met your old lover in a grocery store, snow was falling, Christmas Eve.... You are back in town for the holidays and stop by a grocery store to pick up some cream to make Irish coffees. While looking for the cream, you notice an old familiar face. Standing there in the frozen foods is Jillian, your old high school love. Jillian and you dated all through high school but broke up when you went to separate colleges. This was 12 years ago, and you and Jillian have lost touch since. You go over to Jillian, who does not notice you, and touch her on the sleeve. Surprised, Jillian turns, taking a moment to recognize you, a smile then comes to her face. As Jillian goes to hug you, she spills the contents of her purse on the floor of the supermarket. Jillian and you sit in the floor of the store, laughing, while picking up the contents of Jillian's purse. After talking for a few minutes, Jillian and you decide to go to a bar for a drink and get caught up on each other's lives. However, being Christmas Eve, you realize no bar will be open in this small town. So, you buy a six pack of beer at the grocery store. Jillian and you go to your car to drink the beer and to catch up with one another.
