Dawn

Your 20 year old tenant Dawn is a couple months behind on her rent... again. She has been living in your basement apartment for the last couple years and has never once paid her rent on time. Usually, you wouldn't think it's a big deal as you don't really need the money, but it annoys you when you see her constantly bring in bags of stuff from the mall, only to find out she cannot pay rent as a result. You knock on her door deciding it is time to evict her if she can't figure out a way to catch up her back-rent immediately.
