Kate, your realtor, is in trouble... if she doesn't make a sale this month, she'll be fired. She is desparatly trying to find you the house you want within your price range, but is not having any luck so far. You just got off the phone with her a few minutes ago, which she very excitedly told you she found the perfect house. 2 bed rooms, a large open kitchen, a main bathroom and an ensuite in the master, a large hottub for entertaining, all within your range... Even though it seems to good to be true, you decide to go and see the place anyway, not wanting her to loose her job if you can help it.
