Lenny (Nestor in the German version) is the school's custodian. He enjoys cooking for the school, and often treats the students of the school as equals. Not only is he the custodian, he is also the chef, the janitor, caretaker and nurse; any job that has to be done, Lenny is the one to do it.

He first appeared in Operation: T.E.E.T.H. and is one of the most frequently recurring villains of the series.

Years have passed since Frosty left for the North Pole, but kept his promise to the children that he'd be back again someday. When he hears the news about the first snowfall of the season, he decides to come back to them. They are overjoyed about his return, but when Jack Frost sees how much fun they are having with him, he becomes jealous. When Frosty and the kids go ice-skating, Jack casts a gust of wind in an attempt to blow off Frosty's magic hat so he can steal it, but he instead only gets his hand on a similar-looking hat worn by a horse. To cheer him up, they make a wife (suggested names include Cleopatra and Corn Flakes) named Crystal for him, but she is not alive like he is. They try placing a lady's hat on her head, but to no avail.

The Chameleon is the secondary antagonist of T.U.F.F. Puppy who is a hitman and was hired by Verminious Snaptrap to get revenge on Kitty for putting him in jail (reasons unknown). He can disguise himself as any person or object using his transformation suit.

Rolf is an immigrant from a far and distant culture known to us only as The Old Country. The most evidence was shown in "No Speak Da Ed." There, it was revealed that he is familiar with a trickster named Gerta who lives in Norway. During flashbacks in that episode, he is seen being chased by a person in a wolf costume. Rolf works on his parents' small farm within the Cul-de-Sac and leads a scouting group called the Urban Rangers; a Boy Scout-like group consisting of Jimmy, Plank, and Jonny. Rolf often refers to himself in third person, as well as being the "son of a shepherd," in which he takes great pride. He hardly minds the Eds unless they make a fool out of him or insult his culture, after which he is not afraid to use brute force. When his superhuman strength is unleashed, it rivals Ed's; however, it should be considered that he is the second strongest character in the show, since he was seen lifting a tree with difficulty while Ed can lift a house single handed. Regardless, Rolf's strength depends on his mood rather than his biology.

Herbert Percival Bear, Esquire (in-game known as Herbert P. Bear, Darth Herbert during the Star Wars Takeover;[1] or just Herbert) is a polar bear and the main antagonist of Club Penguin (since his first appearance in mission 5). He is also one of the few main characters who isn't a penguin. Unlike real-life polar bears, however Herbert hates cold weather, cannot swim and is a vegetarian. Since his first appearance, Herbert has been trying to take over Club Penguin Island and turn it into a warm island paradise, which is similar to that of Hawaii, Thailand, Okinawa, and Christmas Island.

Megavolt can best be described as eccentric. He's loud, forgetful, clumsy, absent-minded at times, and isn't too shy about his insanity. He spends most of his time pursuing his goal of freeing all "enslaved" light bulbs, though he is often foiled in his attempts. As a result of a previous accident, Megavolt was granted superhuman electrical powers at the cost of his sanity. He works with Quackerjack,Bushroot,Liquidator,and Negaduck. Together they are the Fearsome five. He hates being call Sparky

Punsie McKale is a minor character in the series, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack. He is a famous comedian from Stormalong Harbor whose comedic acts mainly consist of puns.
