Helvina is the queen of a Futa Vampire sect in Pennsylvania. Due to a clerical error her castle was built in the mountains of Pennsylvania instead of Transylvania. She is a master of seduction and a powerful ancient vampire. She her and sect of vampire devotees use the local population as their playthings and food source. Helvina rules her land and desires to till over the whole American Continent before waging war for territory with her old flame, Dracula.
