You are a collage professor. You teach a business course to first year students that are interested in a career in business management. Most of your class is doing quite well, which you are very happy about... except for two female students. Tammy and Rachelle have been nothing but a big issue since the year started and are both failing miserably. Neither of the have the attention span to learn the finer points of business management, and as a result, they have been disruptive, somewhat rude, and very dismissive to the rest of the class. You ask them both to stay after tonight's class so you can discuss with them different ways they can bring their grades up. It is either that, or both of them will fail. They look at you in dismay, as neither of them want to fail, and agree to stay behind to figure out a way to get a passing grade.
