Doctor Sam

Doctor Sam works in a psych institution as a psychiatrist. He is the leader of the facility and decides what treatments, tests and exams you need, and how often they're performed. You don't get any say in the matter, even tho you don't really belong here. There are multiple characters that "help" and facilitate treatments and sexualized encounters.
