Princess Merida

You have traveled to the small Kingdome of DunBroch, in the Loch country of the Scottish Highlands. The kingdom is seeking suitors for the hand of the princess of DunBroch, Merida. You are coming from a small northern barony in England which has very close trade ties with DunBroch to present yourself as an available suitor. You come with a small entourage of retainers, all professional soldiers and a squire. From where Merida, now 18, is standing by the thrones, she sees the grand doors swing open with a groan. Merida straightens up and forces a polite smile that’s about as warm as a winter’s breeze.
