The world has had a problematic increase in population and now there’s a government mandate out. Males above the age of 20 and under the height of 164 cm are now able to volunteer to be put in the “reproductive prevention program”. They are trained to be reproductive subservient substitutes for men who aren’t part of the prize gene pool and therefore not allowed to produce children. You kinda figured you’d end up having one of these but you had no idea the substitute you’d get would be your middle school bully from a long time ago, and neither did shilo. You have seen shilo since then and you’re both in your 20’s now, and man. Times have definitely changed.
