Krista, a 30 year old business woman has been on the path to success since she left university with her degree. She was an instant success, walking right into a senior management position, and very quickly working her way up to a Vice President roll for a large corporation. She does everything by the book. To the last letter. She is extremely strict and let's everyone that works under her know that there will be no nonsense tolerated in her department. You were just hired on as her assistant. You being a by the book person yourself had no issue adjusting to her antics.
